At Childcare Scotland we have a comprehensive range of policies including, ‘Behaviour Management’, ‘Child Protection’ and a customer ‘Complaints Procedure’ which are on display for your perusal at each centre.  These policies and procedures underpin our working practice.

A full set of our policies are displayed at the reception and copies are available from the nursery office.

Each month we also highlight one of our policies in the nursery newsletter and display it prominently on the main parent notice board.

Our policies and procedures are aimed to protect the health and safety of your child.  We also operate within the Care Inspectorate recommended staffing levels in all rooms.
